Canada Chinese Computer Association (CCCA) – an incorporated non-profit organization – was founded in 1993. CCCA’s main objective is to promote and protect the interests of its members, the Chinese computer business community in Canada.

The Association is funded entirely by membership fees and income from special events and member services. CCCA’s strength lies in its ongoing communication and networking among its members. The Association regularly organizes meetings, social functions and charity fund-raising events.

There are three categories of membership in the Association: Voting Member, Sponsor Member and Media Member. All members are committed to furthering the objectives of the Association.

A new Board of Directors is elected every two years, and these Directors volunteer their time and efforts in the administration and operation of the Association.

CCCA Members, Sponsor Members and Media Members are also very involved in community services. Through fund-raising events, CCCA has had the pleasure of being able to give back to the community.

In September, 1997, the Canada Chinese Computer Association Charitable Foundation was established to carry on the fund-raising initiatives of CCCA, contributing financially to other charitable organizations and causes.

CCCA is thankful for the support from its members, and is confident that the Association will grow from strength to strength.
